These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Curatek AI services provided by WEGATHIS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Curatek AI provides done-for-you SMS appointment confirmation and reminder automation services exclusively for physical therapy clinics. Our services include automated SMS reminders, two-way patient communication, appointment status tracking, and staff notification systems.

2. SMS Terms

By enrolling in our SMS reminder service:

You consent to receive automated SMS appointment reminders from Curatek AI
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule
Standard message and data rates may apply
Reply STOP to opt out at any time
Reply HELP for assistance
Opting out will not affect your clinic appointments — please contact your clinic directly

3. Clinic Responsibilities

Physical therapy clinics using our services agree to:

Obtain proper patient consent before enrolling patients in SMS reminders
Provide accurate appointment data via our CSV import system
Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations
Not use our services to transmit Protected Health Information (PHI)

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts are required.

5. Limitation of Liability

Curatek AI is not responsible for missed appointments resulting from SMS delivery failures, patient opt-outs, or incorrect contact information provided by the clinic. Our services are supplemental to, not a replacement for, your clinic's existing appointment management processes.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
